Category 1 — Financial & Investment Products
- Cryptocurrency, NFTs, or any blockchain-based financial instruments.
- Unregulated investment schemes, Ponzi schemes, or MLM structures.
- Stock tips, trading signals, or investment advice by non-SEBI registered advisors.
- Forex trading platforms, binary options, or high-risk financial products.
- Any product promising guaranteed financial returns.
SEBI Compliance Notice: Influencer marketing of financial products is regulated by SEBI. Only SEBI-registered investment advisors may promote regulated financial products. Violation may attract SEBI penalties on both the brand and creator.
Category 2 — Regulated Substances
- Tobacco, cigarettes, bidis, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, or any nicotine delivery product.
- Alcohol, liquor, or alcoholic beverages of any kind — banned entirely on the platform.
- Prescription medications or drugs.
- Unregulated health supplements making unsubstantiated medical or therapeutic claims.
- Any substance that is banned or controlled under Indian law.
Category 3 — Gambling & Betting
- Online casinos, poker platforms, or gambling websites.
- Sports betting or prediction platforms involving real money.
- Fantasy sports platforms with real-money gambling components.
- Lottery or sweepstakes promotions not compliant with applicable state laws.
Category 4 — Adult & Harmful Content
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any nature.
- Any content involving or targeting minors in a harmful or exploitative way.
- Content glorifying, promoting, or instructing self-harm or suicide.
- Content promoting eating disorders or dangerous weight loss practices.
- Violent, gory, or disturbing content.
Category 5 — Misleading & Deceptive Content
- False, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated health, beauty, or wellness claims.
- Before-and-after content making unrealistic transformation claims.
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated user experiences.
- Content designed to deceive consumers about product ingredients, efficacy, or origin.
- Deepfake or AI-generated content misrepresenting real people.
Category 6 — Other Prohibited Categories
- Political campaign content or partisan political messaging.
- Content promoting hate speech, racism, religious discrimination, or violence against any group.
- Counterfeit products or intellectual property infringement.
- Weapons, ammunition, or dangerous devices.
- Hacking tools, malware, or cybercrime services.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or any illegal services.
- Content that violates any applicable Indian law or regulation.
Enforcement & Violations
Elvexa reserves the right to:
- Remove any campaign or content that violates this policy without prior notice.
- Suspend accounts temporarily pending investigation.
- Permanently ban repeat violators.
- Report serious violations to relevant authorities including SEBI, ASCI, or law enforcement.
